Our team has deep expertise in Voice over IP (VoIP), video, and the Unified Communications System (UCS) to support seamless and secure collaboration across the enterprise.
Secure Network Architecture and Design
We have extensive experience in Cisco architecting, switching, and routing (MPLS, VRF). All engineering designs are reviewed for security issues and IAVM mitigations in direct partnership with the ISSM.
Technology Modernization and Refresh
We support the full lifecycle of enterprise infrastructure modernization, including the planning, synchronization, and replacement of legacy routers, switches, and other critical hardware.
Testing and Operational Transition
We develop detailed test engineering plans, create Service Operations Manuals, and provide transition plans and handoff checklists to ensure a smooth, successful deployment from the lab to operations.
